Morgan Weatherall has been in business since 1985 and incorporated in 2002, operating under the current name of Weatherall Dock and Dredge Inc. The company currently employees 7 full time employees. Before Morgan began his own business he worked under his dad, S.H. Weatherall & Sons, for many years growing up. He has been in the construction field all his life.
The company’s large equipment includes two backhoes, two excavators, eight cranes and two barges, trailers and welders. We have 4 licensed crane operators. There are two licensed welders and two employees are trained in St. John Ambulance courses. All employees have their WHMIS tickets. Morgan has his WHMIS ticket and Hoisting Engineers ticket.
Morgan has worked in the area doing many marinas for both personal and municipalities and comes very highly recommended by all. Morgan did a large marina at Bobcaygeon for a trailer park installing a 1600 ft sheet pile wall and dredging the area, he worked on the Meaford Marina, installing a large sheet pile wall and dredged the harbours for Meaford, Georgian Yacht Club, Wiarton Marina, Owen Sound Marina and Township of Blue Mts and Murdock McKenzie Marina at Oliphant. Morgan has worked along all the shore lines in the area for cottages installing sheet pile walls, dredging, and installing docking systems. He installed a large number of docks for the coast guard at Tobermory. Morgan also worked on the Tall Ships Landing in Brockville where he installed a sheet pile wall and performed dredging in preparation for a boat slip.
